The organizer of a block party where a young girl was killed Sunday has acknowledged gang members were welcome at the event.

Tamrah Leonard, 13, was killed in a drive-by shooting at a block party organized by Black Panther leader and city council candidate Divine Allah. Police believe the drive-by was gang-related and may be linked to a night club shooting that occurred Saturday.

"Trenton ain't nothing but seven miles long and wide," says Allah. "So damn near every other block you walk, indirectly you're inviting a gang member."

Funeral services for the girl are scheduled for Saturday.
