Full NJ Transit rail service has been restored at the Hoboken terminal.
Services were interrupted last month when a train barreled into the station at twice the acceptable speed, according to officials, killing one and injuring over 100 people.
Six more tracks opened at 4 a.m., along with the station's ticket office.
Tracks 5 and 6 will remain closed as the transit agency continues repairs.
NJ Transit opened half of the tracks last week. At the height of the closures commuters complained that it took hours to get where they were going.
Investigators are still trying to piece together what caused the crash. Preliminary findings are pointing to the train going at excessive speeds into the terminal.
It may be a year or more before the full investigation is complete.
