The Mets are back in Queens in just a few days. Until then, you can salivate over the additions to their menu for 2023.
This season you can chow down on a fried chicken sandwich with glazed doughnuts for buns.
There are also five different types of sushi rolls, including spicy tuna.
To wash it all down, you can pick up a milkshake topped with a doughnut, popcorn and sprinkles.
Other options are pizza bagels at Pop Up Bagels, nachos and more at Sunny’s All-American Kitchen, chef Marc Murphy’s Porchetta Sandwich Shop and local New York City offerings Emma’s Torch and Takumi Taco.
The Mets are offering food tours before every game that let you taste every item on the special menu for $150.
Opening Day is March 30, but the home opener at Citi Field is April 6 against the Marlins. The food isn’t all that’s new either. The team unveiled a new, giant center field scoreboard this week.
