(AP) - A former New Jersey assemblyman has beenindicted on another child pornography charge.
The new charge against Neil Cohen was announced Thursday by thestate Attorney General's Office. Prosecutors say multiple images ofchild pornography were found on a computer seized from his lawoffice in Montclair.
Cohen, who as a legislator championed bills aimed at fightingchild porn, now faces five charges. He was originally indicted inDecember on three child pornography counts and one of officialmisconduct.
The 58-year-old Democrat has pleaded not guilty to the previouscharges and remains free without bail.
Cohen's lawyer, Daniel McCarthy, did not immediately respond toa message left at his Cranford office on Thursday.
