This week’s Food Truck Friday guest is The Sandbox, part of Asbury Park’s North Eats food truck court.

The Dukoffs launched their food truck business on the Asbury Park Boardwalk at Seventh Avenue. They recently relocated to Asbury from Summit.

Their truck is called The Sandbox and was hand-painted by local artist Jill Caparoso. They serve daily, made-fresh grab-and-go boxed lunches that include beach-friendly, family friendly sandwiches, chips, fruit and a treat. They also feature a homemade cucumber-based beach dressing.
