The Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey is mourning the loss of firefighter Trevor Brown.

The group posted the news to their Facebook page. They say Brown, 45, was killed in a home explosion in Sterling, Virginia.

Eleven other first responders were hurt, according to PFANJ.
