Bernardsville crews battled a fire Saturday night at a commercial building, working for hours in dangerous cold conditions.

The fire broke out at a building on Rip Rap Road, officials said.

Firefighters took more than five hours to bring the fire under control.

Below-zero temperatures made conditions more difficult for crews during the response.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
