Fatal NJ Turnpike crash kills Yonkers man after van overturns

A Yonkers man was killed Friday night in a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in South Brunswick, state police said.
Troopers responded at 8:11 p.m. to a crash on the Turnpike’s north outer roadway near milepost 75.5 in Middlesex County.
State police said a Ford van was traveling north when the driver lost directional control, struck the left guardrail and overturned.
Juan Ramirez Mejia, 28, a front-seat passenger, was ejected from the van and sustained fatal injuries.
No other injuries were reported at the scene.
