A Carlstadt man who went missing in Newark earlier this month has been found alive, according to family members.
James Dugan II, 28, was reported missing on Feb. 1. His family says that he had planned to meet a woman in Newark on Jan. 27 but did not show up for that meeting.
Officials say that Dugan is 90% hearing impaired and also has attention deficit disorder.
Details about the disappearance have not yet been released. But Dugan’s family members posted on social media that he was found and is safe. They thanked everyone for their support while Dugan was missing.
