New Jersey is expected to see wet and heavy snow on Tuesday. The state hasn’t really seen that type of snow this winter season.
This snow makes it harder to shovel and it puts a strain on the body. It can also be dangerous if you're not in shape.
"The problem is that people underestimate how much physical activity is involved in clearing that. If you are not very active and if you're not very fit, you should really think twice about doing something that heavy. So, I would call someone if you could. It's a bit like asking someone who doesn't exercise to run a couple miles out of nowhere,” said Renato Apolito, M.D., of Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
