A case involving a Freehold Intermediate School teacher accused of a sexual relationship with a student will go to trial.

A grand jury indicted Allison Havermann-Niedrach on seven counts.

Prosecutors say the relationship with her teen student began early last year.

She was arrested in June and faces charges including aggravated sexual assault and official misconduct.
