An Elizabeth man charged with intentionally running over a woman several times during a road rage incident will remain in jail without bail.
A Union County judge has declared that Vincent Jean is a danger to the public.
Prosecutors say that Jean ran over Morgan Scott after the two were involved in a minor fender bender. Scott tried to take photos, and that’s when prosecutors say Jean lost it and ran her down.
Scott suffered multiple injuries and remains hospitalized. A GoFundMe campaign has raised tens of thousands of dollars for her medical expenses.
Jean faces multiple charges, including attempted murder. His next court date is June 1.
