Voters in New Jersey could eventually decide whether abortion rights should be a permanent part of the state constitution.
New Jersey Democratic lawmakers are pushing to put the issue onto the legislative ballot by the end of this year.
If they're successful, it could be finalized next year in time for the 2023 legislative elections.
