EF-0 landspout tornado confirmed in Lawrence Township, NWS says

The National Weather Service confirmed a landspout tornado in Lawrence Township Friday evening, the National Weather Service confirmed.

The EF-0 tornado downed several trees and flipped over vehicles in a post office parking lot.

According to the National Weather Service:

"Damage was sustained to trees along Johnson Rd (just north of Texas Ave) behind the Conoco Gas Station. Additionally, the Circle Branch Post Office (2601 Brunswick Pike, Lawrenceville) sustained damage to the roof and several vehicles in the parking lot were overturned by the tornado. Fortis Institute (2572 Brunswick Pike, Lawrenceville) also sustained significant damage to the roof and solar panels."
