Edison police say there are people claiming to represent Arcadia, a clean energy company.

They say individuals are going door-to-door and asking for personal billing and credit card information in return for energy farm rebates.

Police say if you are approached by anyone claiming to represent Arcadia or offering similar services, do not provide any personal or billing details.

Authorities say to contact PSEG directly to verify the legitimacy of any energy-related offers or programs.
