New Jersey is expected to see mostly dry and mild weather for much of this week.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says the first half of the week will see a mix of sun and clouds with slightly cooler weather.
WHAT’S NEXT: Slightly cooler temperatures for the start of the week. Temperatures rise for the end, with highs expected to be in the low- to mid-80s by Friday. Tracking the potential for some rain Saturday night into Sunday.
TODAY: Mostly cloudy with daytime highs around 61 degrees. Overnight lows around 47.
WEDNESDAY: Sunny with some clouds. Daytime highs around 64. Overnight lows around 42.
THURSDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Daytime highs around 75 degrees. Overnight lows dip to around 50.
FRIDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Daytime highs rise to around 84 degrees. Overnight lows around 58.
WEEKEND: Cloudy with the chance for some rain and the possibility of a thunderstorm. Highs around 80 on Saturday. Slightly cooler for Sunday with highs around 70.
