Rosalita's Roadside Cantina is all clear following a measles exposure, the New Jersey Department of Health says.
The Englishtown cafe posted the confirmation on social media. The apparent exposure occurred during lunch hours on April 19.
The person later reported measles-like symptoms, but all tests for the disease came back negative.
The latest count of confirmed measles cases is 14, and 12 of those cases are associated with the outbreak in Ocean County.
