Jackson Hunter has gone all out turning his Denville home into a haunted house for Halloween for nearly 40 years.

Hunter, who lives in the Rainbow Lakes community, spends months preparing the elaborate setup, so much so, that he starts planning and building as early as July.

"It's a lot of fun for the kids, a lot of fun for the parents," Hunter said. "We have such a great community in Rainbow Lakes. That's what it's about, seeing all your neighbors come in. They all know me. I Know them. It's a lot of fun. The smile on the kids' faces, it's the best. The motivation to do it again the next year."
