Dead fetus found on Crown Heights street
The medical examiner says information is still being collected to determine how long the dead fetus was in the street and the manner of which it ended up there.

News 12 has obtained exclusive video footage of the moment neighbors discovered a dead fetus on Union Street in Crown Heights.
The unsettling scene appears to first been discovered around 9:15 a.m. Thursday. A man initially comes by and snaps a photo of the sight. But it is not until 5:15 p.m. that more neighbors make the discovery and call 911.
On arrival, police quickly set up a crime scene, but it wasn't until 10:10 p.m. when they removed the remains.
