Hundreds of Mendham residents have been left without water due to Tropical Storm Isaias.
About 600 people in the township rely on electricity to pump water into their houses.
Fire stations in the community have been set up for residents to receive water. They also have charging stations for their electronic devices while power is still out.
The stations are open from 9 a.m. to 9 pm. and water is available at the areas at all times.
A nearby substation, which feeds power to thousands of Morris County residents, was damaged during the storm.
Crews have restored power to some Mendham residents, but many are still in the dark.
"JCP&L does have a list of all those residents and you would think they would prioritize our community," says Mendham Mayor Sarah Neibart.
"Many of those residents still don't have access to power or water and that is critical and a lot of them are critical care customers, so they also rely on medical services at their home."
Mayor Neibart plans to talk with the county and JCP&L to discuss better ways to allocate resources for future storms.
More than 30,000 houses are still without power Saturday in Morris County in the wake of Tropical Storm Isaias.
The county had about double the amount of outages Friday.
