Man accused in killing of Yorktown teen makes first court appearance in Chicago

Police in Essex County are asking for help identifying a man accused of breaking into a car in Newark.

The incident happened Tuesday night on South 8th Street.

Officers say the man stole several items from the vehicle.

A photo from the car's dash cam shows the suspect, who has a heart tattoo on the left side of his face.
