Court rules man who helped toss friend’s body into Shark River will remain in prison
The New Jersey Appellate Court has ruled that a Monmouth County man who helped toss his friend’s body off a Jersey Shore bridge and into the Shark River must remain in prison.
Preston Taylor will continue his 18-year sentence in the 2016 murder of Sarah Stern.
Taylor will have a new hearing concerning a $10,000 fine. It is the amount that Taylor and convicted killer Liam McAtasney stole from Stern, according to authorities.
