A Monday night concert by The Fray at PNC Bank Arts Center will have some extra attendees in the crowd.
Dozens of additional uniformed and undercover cops plan to patrol the concert in an effort by state police to control underage drinking at the arena.
The crackdown started after PNC Bank Art Center?s first summer concert of the year. More than a dozen underage drinkers, including an 11-year-old, were sent to the hospital following the event.
Police say they are concerned about drinking and driving among concertgoers as well.
Twenty teenagers were arrested for underage drinking at the venue?s most recent event.
