The Coast Guard evacuated a woman from a cruise ship off Manasquan Inlet after she was reportedly having medical complications.

The incident happened Sunday around 9:54 p.m. around 40 miles east of Manasquan Inlet.

According to officials, the 39-year-old woman was having medical issues aboard the Norwegian Escape, and needed medical attention.

Officials say she and her husband were transported to a hospital.

There is no word on her condition.
