New Jersey will see mostly pleasant weather through the end of the week, as Hurricane Ian approaches Florida.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says that while New Jersey is expected to see some rain this weekend related to the storm, Hurricane Ian will not bring any significant impact to the Garden State.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear skies with temperatures dipping into the low-50s.
WEDNESDAY: Cloudy skies with some sunshine peeking through. Daytime highs in the low-70s. Overnight lows around 54 degrees.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny skies with some clouds. Daytime highs will be slightly cooler in the upper-60s. Overnight lows around 53.
FRIDAY: Mix of sun and clouds with daytime highs around 69 degrees. Overnight lows around 52.
WEEKEND: Parts of New Jersey are expected to see some rain this weekend, which is related to Hurricane Ian. Curren says this rain, while potentially heavy at times, will not bring any widespread flooding or damage. Curren says that the rain is mostly expected to come around southern New Jersey.
