The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling a children's slap bracelet because of a laceration hazard.
The bracelets are sold exclusively at Target and affect the panda, unicorn, and heart designs.
The bracelet's metal wristband can pierce the fabric and expose sharp edges.
The agency advises consumers take them from kids or return it to the store for a free replacement.
There have been four reports of the bracelets piercing the fabric cover, resulting in five injuries of minor cuts to consumers' hands or wrists.
