(AP) - Authorities are trying to find the personwho broke into the home of Paterson Mayor Jeffrey Jones.
Jones wasn't home at the time of Monday's heist. But his76-year-old mother-in-law was.
No one was injured.
The mayor found the rear door broken and the home ransacked. Jones tells The Record newspaper he's heartbroken his MarineCorps ring had been stolen.
