A large brush fire has scorched nearly 40 acres of land in Edison and damaged an abandoned building. The fire started just before 2 p.m. along Sweetwater Lane in the Raritan Center business campus

A large brush fire has scorched nearly 40 acres of land in Edison and damaged an abandoned building.
The fire started just before 2 p.m. along Sweetwater Lane in the Raritan Center business campus in Edison.
Fire crews from surrounding areas, as well as the New Jersey Forest Fire Service, responded to help fight the blaze.
There were no reports of any injuries from the fire.
