A Brentwood man is accused of raping a teenage girl and then sex trafficking her over the last two years, Suffolk County police said.

Two other men are also facing drug charges as detectives expand the investigation.

Two weeks ago, Suffolk County Police Third Squad contacted the Human Trafficking Investigations Unit after detectives believed a teenager was being trafficked at 4 MacArthur Ave. in Brentwood.

Yesterday, Suffolk County police executed a search warrant at that location just before 7 a.m. and arrested Luis Parada, 57.

Investigators said Parada had been trafficking the same girl for the last two years, from when she was 15 years old until now, at the age of 17.

Court documents show that Parada admitted to police that he trafficked the victim at least on May 1 and Oct. 10.

Law enforcement said Parada raped the underage victim and then had other men pay him to have sex with her.

Detectives seized a 1987 Winnebago, 22 cellphones, a replica firearm, a machete, electronics and other forensic evidence during the investigation.

Court documents showed that officers also found a glass pipe with crack cocaine residue in Parada's bedroom.

Suffolk County police charged Parada with third-degree rape, sex trafficking of a minor and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He's scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip today.

Officers arrested two other Brentwood men in connection with the investigation. Rigoberto Celisgarcia, 48 and Amado Campos, 59 are both facing one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The pair were issued appearance tickets to be arraigned at a later date.

Parada pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. Bail was set at $350,000 cash or $700,000 bond.

Investigators are looking into whether more charges will be filed against all three men.

Detectives are asking anyone who has information on Parada, Celisgarcia, or Campos, or other suspects, to call the Human Trafficking Investigations Unit at 631-854-7512 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-8477.
