6h agoPolice say they have arrested the man responsible for bird-napping a parrot in Delran Thursday.
As previously reported by News 12, the parrot was stolen from an exotic bird store in the Burlington County township. Manuel Roble of Penns Grove is facing shoplifting charges.
News 12 is told the bird is doing well and receiving extra care.
