It is Tuesday and that means it's time for another stop. That makes up the best of New Jersey. Meteorologist Mike Rizzo takes us to pasta Ramen in Montclair. I'm back with executive chef Robbie and Robbie. You got this dish here. You say this is one of your most popular items. It looks and smells amazing. What is it? So this is our Cacio E Pepe Gallosa Fritti. It's basically Caio pepe sauce that we take. We shove it inside a gallosa. We deep fry it and then we're just gonna top it off uh with some cracked black pepper. All right, Mike. Now you're up, you're gonna load it up with some Parmesan Mariano cheese is my favorite part. I love cheese. Let's go. So you can never have too much load it up, baby. Look at that. Oh Yeah, I'm making a mess. This is good. Beautiful. Look at that. Delicious. I'm gonna throw them right on here real nice. Check this out. This is just awesome and you gotta come here to. Oh Wow. Look at that cheese. That is amazing. Cio E Pepe gallosa looks amazing. It is Tuesday. That means it is time for another stop that makes up the best of New Jersey. Meteorologist Mike Rizzo takes us to pasta Robin in Montclair. We're back with executive chef Robbie and he has another amazing dish to display for us. So this is a Japanese calamari. Yeah. So this is our calamari fritti. Another one of our hits on our menu. Uh We basically bread the calamari in our secret breading and then we're just gonna finish it off here with a Calabrian miso crema. So we use Calabrian chili obviously being imported from Italy a little bit of miso in there. It's gonna give you that umami flavor. This is a basil Ntsumi. So it's basically a basil eel sauce, some fresh scallions here. Um some fresh seashell that we just kind of like fine chop up, put on top and then just a little bit of sesame seeds and we're serving it with a charred lemon on the side. So you could just kind of squeeze it over the top before enjoying. Wow, that looks amazing. I mean this dish, it just the color on it is great. It just the flavor, it smells. I can't wait to dig into this. This is amazing, Robbie. Thank you, man. Appreciate that. You have to try this right here at Pasta Ramen in Montclair.

Here we are on a Tuesday. That means it is time for another stop that makes up the best of New Jersey. Meteorologist Mike Rizzo takes us to pasta Ramen in Montclair red Pasta Ramen back with executive chef Robbie. And this right here is the Ramen and it's not like your traditional Robin. You might think of Ramen like having the broth and the soup. This is different. Tell me what is this? Yeah. So this is one of our uh most famous, most ordered for sure. Uh Mes Man Ramen. So this our Tomomi Ramen shrimp scampi. So it's obviously broth list. We basically make a Japanese version of shrimp scampi. So we're replacing white wine with sake and then we're just putting a touch of Ponzu in there that Ponzu is gonna give it this like acidity that just kind of like makes you scream and want more. Um It smells tangy too. It has like a, like a flair to it. Yeah. And then we're just gonna finish it off here with some fresh parsley. A little bit of garlic bread crumbs that we make here in house and then just a little bit of lemon zest right over the top. This looks amazing. This is something you need to check out. And this is not the only dish you need to check out here. But we have the others too. We have that calamari and we also have the Gyoza with the cio pepe filling this stuff right here at pasta Ramen in Montclair is definitely one that you do not want to miss. So come check it out.
