On a Tuesday. We're showing you some of the top spots in the state. Our Mike Rizzo went to Cranford to Toast Diner. It's the best of New Jersey co-owner. Adam Tine at Toast is showing me the delicious drinks and beverages that they have here. So this is a unique concept. Tell me more about the purpose of this one. So we, we've created this wonderful juice flight which has our cranberry juice, orange juice, a lavender lemonade and fresh fruit. You're welcome to bring champagne or wine and uh make it a bougie brush if you like giving bougie, definitely giving bougie and you have other beverages as well, like different lattes and what not like. Oh, what's this one here? This is our French Toast latte. A signature item from toast that's been around for many, many years still continues to be one of our most popular items. It's almost like eating a piece of our homemade hala. French toast, but drinking it out of a mug, it's an awesome, awesome drink. So if you love French toast, you love coffee, you love bougie breakfast. Come down to toast here in Cranford because this right here is what you need. Let's go.

On a Tuesday here. We're showing off some of the best spots in this state are Mike Rizzo went to Cranford to Toast diner in the best of New Jersey. I'm here with co-owner Adam Taine of Toast and Cranford. And you have a beautiful place. There's a lot of just, there's a good feeling when you walk in. What were you going for with it? We were going for warmth, inviting, very approachable and just so you could feel comfortable and a and a homey type of atmosphere that is just a welcoming ambience for uh for everyone. So we're in the party room. Tell me a little bit more about this concept. Yeah. So this, this private party room is called our brick wall room. It doubles the seating in a private party room. After the first of the year. We'll be opening it up for private parties, luncheons, baby showers, whatever you want. We seat about 5055 in here and it's a nice cozy atmosphere and you can have a do whatever you want. Kick back, go crazy, whatever you want. So tell me why brunch and not just breakfast or just lunch or just dinner. Yeah. So we really feel this day part, this breakfast brunch and lunch is, is a great niche in our industry. Something that people are looking for, it's essentially recession proof. We don't do dinner. We try and stick to these three categories and just do it perfectly. And, uh, it's just been a hit for 17 years actually getting it right. So important, you know, Adam, thank you so much. And if you're one of those people who like the niche of brunch right here. It is Tuesday. We are showing off some of the best spots in the state. Mike Rizzo heads to Cranford to Toast Diner. It's the best of New Jersey. I'm back with one of the co owners of Toast, Adam Zine and this place has such a unique selection of brunch items, right? What's your favorite one? Wow. That is a loader question, Mike. It depends if I'm looking for breakfast brunch or lunch, Adam, we have five different dishes here. So we have your carrot cake, pancakes. We have your harvest bowl. What else have we got? We got some great stuff here. We have our, from our omelet section, our California scramble which has got roasted grape tomatoes, avocado, Monterey jack cheese and our fresh homemade breakfast potatoes, which is actually a two day process. Everything that you're looking at here is homemade from scratch. It is our avocado toast with a poached egg and some pickled onions and some mixed greens. This is our Irish Eggs Benedict with our own homemade corned beef. Hash. Again, fresh homemade about a five hour process that we make our own uh corned beef and brisket from our grilled cinnamon buns and, and we were saying that you have your own hot sauce too. So if you ever need to kick it up a notch, you know, some people like spicy food. I'm, I'm a, I love it. Spicy. I'm telling you. So, right here, uh, toast and cran fruit to satisfy all of your brunch needs. Check it out.
