Police say a violent attack inside a Belleville home Monday night was not a random home invasion as originally thought, but instead a targeted attack.
Police say two men broke into the two-family home at 98 Magnolia St. A 911 call reported a home invasion and shots fired. When police arrived they say they found $60,000 in cash and marijuana.
The couple who lived in the house, Perdue and Brishanna Devon, was arrested and their two children were placed in the custody of their grandmother. Police say they are looking for three men who fled the scene in a gold Camry.
