Authorities: Uncle ordered 12-year-old boy to clean instruments used to make Fentanyl, leading to overdose

The uncle of a 12-year-old boy who died after being found unresponsive on a school bus in Gloucester in January has been charged with the boy’s death.
According to authorities, Troy Nokes, 35, of Blackwood, is accused of exposing the child to Fentanyl just hours before his death.
Police say Nokes manufactured the drug in his home, and then ordered the child to clean the instruments used to make the drug, leading the child to overdose.
