Authorities have made an arrest in the deadly shooting of a teenage girl at an Atlantic City home.
Atlantic County prosecutors say 18-year-old Nahquil Lovest, of Pleasantville, was arrested without incident Friday morning and charged with murder. It wasn't known if he's retained an attorney.
The arrest came a day after 15-year-old Naimah Bell was found shot in the head. Police found the Pleasantville girl inside the Massachusetts Avenue home after a 911 caller reported the shooting.
The shooting is being investigated as a homicide, but a possible motive hasn't been released. Officials have not released any other details about the shooting.
No one else was hurt.
Bell's death marks the seventh fatal shooting in Atlantic City this year and the third to involve teenagers.
