16h agoTwo Essex County men are facing gun and drug charges following an arrest.
Essex County sheriff’s officers arrested Jamiel Wilson, of Irvington, and Courtney Conner, of Newark.
Officials say that the pair were in possession of an assault rifle, six handguns, large amounts of heroin and marijuana and 75,000 ecstasy pills.
Wilson and Conner pleaded not guilty to all charges and are being held at the Essex County Correctional Facility pending a detention hearing next week.
