? Police greeted passengers on a plane that landed at Newark Liberty International Airport and detained five men Saturday.
Authorities boarded the American Airlines flight that came in from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport about 3:20 p.m. A Texas air marshal notified officials about the men he considered suspicious. Port Authority of New York and New Jersey officials took the men into custody and say the FBI is expected to take over the investigation.
The Port Authority has not released any information about why the men were detained. The other passengers were released.
