The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office says a 9-month-old baby girl and a woman in her 40s were found dead inside a home that caught fire in Hamilton Township.

The fire started around 3:40 a.m. on the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue at a 2 1/2-story, woodframe duplex.

Authorities say three additional individuals were transported to the hospital with injuries.

The fire caused a partial roof collapse.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
