Tattoo Tony's Under Your Skin Tattoo Parlor, located in Atlantic Highlands, is having a “Flash Tattoo” event all weekend long.
"They're called ‘Little Bangers.’ They're little, small tattoos, outlines, little simple tattoos. You get a deal, starting from $33 up to $120, because who doesn't like a deal?” says Tattoo Tony.
Tattoo Tony says he has been in the tattooing business since 1985.
