An Atlantic City casino employee is blaming his lung cancer diagnosis on the smoke-filled casino and is suing to prove a point.Vincent Rennich believes inhaling second-hand smoke at the Tropicana Casino for the past 25 years is what caused his lung cancer. He claims the casino was negligent by providing a dangerous work environment. Rennich lost the top right lobe of his lung from surgery.A recent proposal by the state to ban smoking at casinos was voted down. The City Council has since proposed a compromise, which would limit smoking areas to 25 percent of each casino floor. Rennich says he is confident he'll win both the court and cancer battles.
