A 20-year-old Atlantic City man pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of aggravated assault in a 2022 Atlantic City shooting.
Wesley Briscoe shot a man in the head in July 2022 on the boardwalk in Atlantic City.
He also pleaded guilty to pointing a firearm and hindering his own apprehension. Briscoe admitted to hiding his clothes after the shooting to avoid being identified.
His sentencing is set for April.
