Arrest made in Retro Fitness locker theft investigation

Edward Byham, 35, was arrested Feb. 13 after an investigation into eight reports that cash was stolen from gym lockers in January and February, the West Long Branch Police Department said.

A Howell man was arrested and charged in connection with a string of thefts reported at a West Long Branch Retro Fitness, police said.

Edward Byham, 35, was arrested Feb. 13 after an investigation into eight reports that cash was stolen from gym lockers in January and February, the West Long Branch Police Department said.

Byham was charged with theft, criminal attempt to commit theft, possession of burglary tools and theft of services, according to police.
