DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream mall in East Rutherford will remain closed until at least Friday. This is due to an ongoing investigation into a prop helicopter that fell into one of the pools on Sunday that left four parkgoers injured.

American Dream previously said in a statement, "We voluntarily suspended operations immediately following Sunday’s event and remain in lockstep with the state as we continue to coordinate on the investigation to ensure all safety regulations and requirements are met before reopening the DreamWorks Water Park.”

American Dream says people who purchased tickets for DreamWorks Water Park in advance should have received an email. Other theme parks and attractions in the mall are open during normal hours.
