New Jersey is now under a state of emergency due to stormy weather in the region, according to acting Gov. Tahesha Way.
Heavy rain from Debby’s remnants may cause flooding in some areas.
“We want our residents…to stay in tonight. We understand folks have to travel. If you have to travel, please exercise caution in doing so. These floods and storms are most dangerous at night,” Way said in a phone interview with News 12.
