(AP) - Two westbound lanes are open onInterstate 78 in New Jersey. But the right lane remains closed from Exit 12 to 17 inHunterdon County because of a hazardous material accident. Eastbound lanes from the Pennsylvania border reopened around7:30 a.m. State Police say a box truck slammed into the back of a tankercarrying about 4,000 pounds of compressed liquid oxygen Wednesdaynight. Officials are transferring the liquid oxygen to another truck. Police say the drivers were not seriously injured.
