Alpine's 07620 in Bergen County tied for 13th place, with a median price of $4.3 million — matching Beverly Hills, California.

Deal ranked 22nd at $3.5 million, Stone Harbor is #57 at $2.55 million, Short Hills came in 69th at $2.4 million, Avalon is #75 at 2.36 million, and Allenhurst debuted at 93rd with $2.1 million.

Fisher Island, FL, Atherton, CA, and Sagaponack, NY are the top three most expensive zip codes.
