A Camden County police department is rewarding a 5-year-old boy who performed an act of kindness.
William Evertz, of Winslow Township, saved up his allowance to buy lunch for officers at the Winslow Township Department.
The officers were so moved by the act that they wanted to return the favor by making him an honorary police officer.
Officers showed up at the boy's home Tuesday to deliver his very own police cruiser.
The replica cruiser was designed to look just like the Winslow Township police cars.
The officers said it was a "thank you" for lunch and for being such a great kid.
