The U.S. attorney says 45-year-old Rick Marro pleaded guilty in Bridgeport court.
Prosecutors say Marro met the boy on a dating app and invited him over multiple times where they engaged in sexual activity.
Authorities say Marro filmed the encounters and gave the teen drugs.
He faces at least five years in prison when he's sentenced in January.
