A fire broke out Wednesday morning at Edgemont Jr./Sr. High School in Greenburgh.
The fire was reported around 9 a.m. in Building A.
Officials said the fire appeared to start in a room where work and construction were taking place.
The fire remained contained to the room but extended slightly into the ceiling.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
