A former family acquaintance has been identified as the suspect in the sexual assault of two juveniles in Norwalk, officials say.
Police arrested 36-year-old Francisco Rodriguez-Posligua, of Orange, on Monday and charged him with sexual assault and illegal sexual contact with victim under 16.
He is due in court June 2.
